Once you are advised by our Team that we are ready for your appointment we ask that you:
Please call us at 403-982-8387 to check-in. Our friendly Client Care Specialists will advise you of any wait time or what you should expect going forward.
The doctor or nurse will call you to gather your pets health history as well as current concerns via phone
The doctor will then examine/treat your pet as per your discussion. If any follow up is needed the doctor will discuss with you.

• In addition to our regular cleaning/disinfecting protocols we will be stepping up our routine and frequency of disinfection of any surface that has regular human contact.
• We are following all current recommendations from AHS and government.
Elizabeth Street Pet Hospital will be updating you in regards to your pet’s health if anything changes and will keep you as up-to-date as possible in any further changes to Elizabeth Street Pet Hospital’s operations as more information becomes available to us regard COVID-19.
